If one really wants the 'caseless' effect there is
always uncial!  Unfortunately the most often seen
modern interpretation -- 'American Uncial' -- is
*not* unobtrusive, but that's a fault of that
particular face and not of Uncial as such.
Oldrich Menhart's 'Unciala' is much better.
