In the second episode of the series, he gave a line that was later to
become one of his most quoted lines: "Oh, yes, I'm fully functional in
_every_ capacity." (after which he proceeded into the bedroom with Lt.
Yar)  That's what I meant by the "clearly" above---his statement to the
Borg Queen was nothing the longtime fans didn't already know. :)
