So far, NE US is the leader by a healthy margin on desire. Would even
attract a decent number of internationals. (Oooh...)

But as I said... I'm strictly limited to places where I have someone
volunteering a viable backend. One potential in Michigan, definite
potential for someone here in Berkeley (and much better likelihood for
departmental sponsorship too), a couple other maaaaybes.

Soyeah. Prod people (such as yourself, perhaps) into seeing whether
they could host. :-P
