Nope. One could just be really good at searching for locations. Also,
having a sense of *approximately* where something is, so that you can find
it on the map quickly is not the same as being able to fill it in
from memory. For example, most Americans probably would have to
guess randomly which of New Hampshire and Vermont was which, but
nevertheless many of those same Americans know that those states are
in New England. Lots even know that they're the two adjacent ones
to the north of Massachusetts. Doesn't help with the map labelling
problem, but sure helps with reading maps.
