I am indeed glad someone(s) is working on Vulcan language and culture.
Apart from the paltry few Vulcan based episodes in TOS, we see next to
nothing of Vulcan culture. They wasted nearly three years time that V
could have been explored in depth; the way they're exploring Bajoran,
Klingon and Ferengi now.
The pamphlet I have was done up some time in the 70s, so I doubt that
these are connected in any but the most superficial fashion.

I will most certainly check out the site; but I reamain unconvinced that
what I was hearing in ST I, II & V were "real" Vulcan. At some point, I
will also try and drag out the tapes those moving pictures are on, and see
if I can't convince myself otherwise.
