They'd probably consider you a foreigner.
Now if you *could* carry on a conversation, but had trouble pronouncing
certain sounds of the language, *then* they would consider you to have
articulatory problems. I have a speech defect (though one that's
generally considered "cute") in Romanian: I can't for the life of me
say the apico-alveolar trill [r].
