I assume by Stevo's laconic reply that he is describing _his_ system
that he came up with about two years ago. In De Kolovrat's system of
1927 the missing consonant, as I have explained, is Q. In fact _ha, he,
hi, ho, hu_ represent 25, 26, 27, 28, 29.
I had forgotten that in April 2001 I posted De Kolovrat's full list of
