Certainly, but which ones are easier depends on your native language.
Spanish is not difficult for an English-speaking person to learn, but it
is difficult for a Mandarin-speaking person, while Cantoneses is easy
for a Mandarin-speaking person, but difficult for an English-speaking
person.
