Hi Sally,
I'm one of the "lurkers." If you recall after a loooong list of posts about  
the curses/slang topic, I mentioned the possibility of that being a factor for 
 the current makeup of the list. 
A reply came stating that I was stereotyping men and that women  
use"sailorish" language also. Having served in the US Navy, I felt the need to  reply to 
that. =)
I actually want to unsubscribe to this list, I found another one in which I  
feel much more at home.
