If you have a fax modem fax a handwritten copy to yourself
from your work faxmachine. to the homecomputer ... and
get the file on tiff format then using a paint program like
painshop (versions of which are shareware) you can change
the format to .bmp, gif, jpg etc. But remember that the
bigger the size of the letter the better the quality, if you
have to use one letter per page you fax... and then use
the paint program to reduce the size this will give you
the best results... and no scanning needed ;-)
