The only priests i've ever called Father + Last name were the older
priests (we had a very traditional Irish and a very traditional Polish
priest a while back). The American ones were more apt to be called Father
+ first name.
One of my mom's best friends is a priest and she calls him Dennis. I call
him Father Dennis. Our current parish priest goes by Father Carl.

I've seen Fr. Dennis reffered to as "Reverend Dennis Gilbert" by media and
people who dont feel comfortable calling him "Father". It's pretty much
applicable to anyone in any Christian Denomination that fulfills that
role.
