[Conlangs-Conf] Videos update

I have all the videos of the talks ripped.
It'll take another while (my laptop is slow) to add titles to them,
crop them correctly, and upload - first to video.google.com and then
to archive.org. Should be live within a week.
Unless really necessary, I'd rather not bother converting from the 720
NTSC .wmv rip (to eg divx .avi), given that the google site uses a
Flash player anyone should be able to view with.
Ripping the interviews will take another while; I'll do that after the
talks are up.
I've gotten an offer from a nice guy on ZBB to do some more
professionaltype editing, so I'm going to delay the offer of a DVD
version until he has a shot at it (which he estimates to take till
June, ish).
On an unrelated note, I've gotten one request to do a detailed writeup
of how I organized the conference - i.e. all the behind-the-scenes
stuff at a level of detail sufficient for a naive undergrad to
replicate and/or continue where I left off. Are any of the rest of you
interested in this?

P.S. Another tangent reminded to me by John Quijada's talk: on a stop
sign today, I saw one of those guerilla stickers saying "DRIVING".
It's an interesting example of ambiguity - is it "stop driving [...
your car, verb present tense]" or "stop driving [noun, referring to
the general act that people engage in]". :-)
