I've got a language (Siluila) where verbs conjugate by object as well.
Perhaps this is the sort of thing you're looking for.
For example:
Courenatimana? Can you see me?
/kou4Enatimana/
cour-ena-tima-na
cour- can, able to
ena- 1st sing object
tima to see
-na 2nd sing subject
Iteatimaruo. May we see him.
/iteatIm{4wo/
i-tea-tima-ruo
i- may, optative
tea- 3rd sing object
tima to see
-ruo 1st pl future subject
