help please - unreadable PDF files

Hi all,

Could someone please help me here?

I can't read www.linguistics.ucla.edu/people/keenan/quantit.pdf. It's weird.
I've got Acrobat 6.0, but Jaws (my speech program) can't read it: "This
document's security settings have been set to prevent access" or something.
Yes, they sure have been; or at least, access has been prevented! :( And I've
gotten the same message with other files from that website.

I've tried "copy" and all that, but it won't work. Google does not translate these
files into HTML!!

So please would someone convert the file above?
