Well I can see several reasons for that, so no worry!
Compared to the values you have assigned to your
existing _Ch_ digraphs an _sh_ = [h] would perhaps be
a bit too exotic!

There is that.  I got the same problem with Sohlob -- rather
the problem of me having difficulties with pronouncing
final [h]!  I found that I tended to get [?] instead, so I
made [?] a recognized allophone of /h/ in final position.
Also in the case of Sohlob the problem was somewhat alleviated
by the fact that there are no words actually ending in a
vowel.

I was just thinking of the problem of indicating the categories
realized by fricativization in your language.  Me being
what I am it easily got overboard, so that I had to stop
myself from suggesting things like _mh_ [B~] and a distinction
between trilled [r] and [r\]!

I hasten to point out that I see nothing wrong in some
categories being without a marker in some contexts -- c.f. the
lack of a distinct plural in most Swedish indefinite neuters,
which are usually disambiguated by context.  Sohlob has a lot
of verbs where two of the principal parts have the same form
in isolation due to regular merger of sounds.

I have a small question regarding your phonology:
would a stop or fricative **following** a front vowel get
palatalized, e.g. would a form like _chreaich_ be pro-
nounced as [xrjaS]?
