Website? Well, I'll hopefully add something comparable to my Introduction to
Altaii (andjo.free.fr/conlang/altaiintro.html) within the next couple of weeks.
A Babel text would require a good sized chunk of more vocabulary - inventing
it is easily the slowest part of my conlanging - and some new grammar, so you
won't be seeing it that soon.
