Revamped phonology

Thanks to everyone who helped me out with figuring out the IPA sounds of
my conlang, I've now revamped the phonology page to use the more accurate
IPA symbols.

Also, I've revamped the IPA symbols tables so that it includes both the
orthography and the Kirsch transcriptions, for easy reference. So, pay a
