I'm afraid none of mine has yet left the lateral evolution phase for good.
That is, any single feature (lexical, grammatical, phonological, etc.) may
still be subject to relocation to another project on a whim
there are some
limits to this (e.g. "don't include extensiv diachronics in a loglang") but
it's still a real mess.
Starting to sort the naturalistic projects' bits & pieces into loose
Sprachbunds has helped, but I think I'm still doing something very wrong here.
