Ethnic slurs like that can be rather interesting. I believe the French refer to "the English vice"; in return the English get "the French pox". I'm not sure how common these are in British Engl., but we have a number of phrases (all somewhat derogatory) involving the Dutch: Dutch treat, Dutch uncle, Dutch wife. I (and my childhood source) seem to be the only person who's heard Dutch f*ck as in "gimme a D. f."-- to light one's cigarette from someone else's. (A later, more generic version, goes "Put your hot one on my cold one and make my cold one hot".) I once worked for the NYC branch of a Dutch company; first day on the job a co-worker quoted a little 4-line poem that ended "..........the Dutch,/ for giving too little and asking too much." (Apologies to the Rempts and to the entire Dutch nation, for whom I have the highest respect.)
