This isn't russian and doesn't mean anything :)
Seriously, though: you shouldn't have relied on weird Word Perfect
cyrillic encoding to send this. In UTF-8, the first word would look
like "Мать" and mean "mother", the second one - "Мат", and have
several meanings: 1) mate (in chess); 2) mat (especially in gymnastics,
but also as in door-mat); 3) obscene language.
