Depending on the conditions of his contracts with Paramount, he might not even own the copyright of his books. Star Trek tie-in novels, for instance, are done as work-for-hire, i.e. Paramount owns the copyright, not the books' authors. -- Jim Henry http://www.pobox.com/~jimhenry/review/log.htm
