Well, that hardly counts, does it? The Romulans used to be Vulcans - a
very short time ago, evolutionarily speaking.
I know we've seen Human/Vulcan (Spock), Human/Klingon (B'elanna), and
Human/Betazoid (Troi), but there were several times that it was implied or
stated that there was genetic manipulation involved in those conceptions.
