Oh yes, you definitly are!  We love to see conlangs!  The best I think
is to post a concise overview first, with some examples, and then
refine it in the discussion.  Or if it is rather long, you might want
to post it in edible chunks. :-) If you have a web-page, please let us
know the URL, too.
