Probelms with Babaev's webpages

OK, I've been trying to download Cyril Babaev's sites for a very long time,
since they're really interesting and present a lot of stuff about IE lngs,
but when I try to read them off-line (excuse me for my poor computer
jargon!) IE (here it stands for Internet Explorer :) ) tells me those pages
aren't available off-line. WHAT SHOULD I DO???
