Mmm, in my little village (1800 inhabitants) about 15, 20 maybe. That is about 0.8% of the population. In greater towns the average should be lower. The number of voters, OTOH, is costantly decreasing (today only the 70-75% of the population goes to vote during the national elections). Luca
