Nope. Since the language is originally a sort of a creole, the (lexical)
numbers are a mixture of base 4 and base 5/10 numbers.
With base 5/10 I mean a system that is base 10 essentially, but with special
terms for some multiples of five. So different numbers are based on
different sets: most multiples of five come from old human terms, and
multiples of 4 come from elven terms. Above 20, both systems are used
alongside each other.
