For God's sake, I use participles!

Lots of people said:

>You have to use past participles.  They're everywhere.  If you don't think
you use them, you're stupid.  You don't know what past participles are.  etc.
etc. etc.

I use past participles.  My comment was referring to something I had said
earlier (either earlier in the post or one post up in the thread), when I
mentioned that around here we almost always favored the imperfect over the
perfect tense.
