Like in other Romance languages, possessive adjectives in Friulian agree in
number with the possessed! So each possessive has a singular (for possessing
one object) and a plural (for possessing more than one object). French has the
same ('mon' for a single masculine object possessed by me, 'ma' for a single
feminine object possessed by me, 'mes' for two or more objects possessed by me,
while 'notre' for a singular object possessed by us and 'nos' for more than one
object possessed by us).
It was clear in the page that the singular vs. plural columns referred to
number agreement with the completed noun :)) .
