I also doubt that "ab-fucking-solutely" is likely to be said --- but, IMHO,
it's because this would break up the stressed-unstressed-stressed-unstressed
pattern of the word "absolutely". I can't cite any
printed source, but I _have_ heard "abso-fucking-lutely", (which
preserves the stress pattern).
