We have a winner! Of course, the next question is: _why_ did he have his mug
shot taken? According to MS PR, it was a "traffic violation." Except that in
New Mexico, mug shots are not taken of traffic violators. Details have
mysteriously "disappeared" in the last twenty-five years...
