You can have Amazon try to find it used; they don't have any in stock
(surprise, surprise, considering that it's a conference proceedings collection).
I would recommend contacting the ASG
(http://www.baruch.cuny.edu/slas/departments/modern_languages/asg/index.html) to
see if they could loan you one, or perhaps buy it if the price is acceptable.
From what I gathered on Google, however, some of it seems to be dedicated to
Esperanto, although there may be more "interesting" stuff as well. Don't know,
never seen it.
