Just a minor question-- I've never dealt with couscous, and am not even sure
I've ever eaten it, but---

Is that all it takes to cook couscous?? I would have assumed it takes some
length of time....
(Yes, I'm back home and on-line after a dreary two weeks en famille... and
nursing a terrible cold, probably contracted from kissy-huggy relatives.
Grrrr.)
