1. I know the relay list exists. (I'm subscribed).
2. I didn't intend to clutter this list. Sorry.
3. I posted here, because most of the people on the relay list have
recently participated in a relay and are planning on having a big one
sometime next year. I have never participated in a relay, and I thought
that a small 10-person relay could heart nobody. I wanted to ask here
first and then move the planning onto the relay list.
