Well...to as great as extent as can be determined. He only has
the letter A roots available, but it can be seen that he utilizes
Sindarin (or Quenya) roots at every opportunity. It is systematic.
(It couldn't be on the list anyway, since the lexicon is not
accessible on the internet.)
