The pink bits are Japanese - not kanji/hanzi, but mixed Hiragana and
Katakana.  As for the white glyphs . . . are you sure that's not
Ge'ez?  It sure looks like it to me.  The first glyph is clearly a CHA
(U+1328 = ጨ); the second I'm not sure about because the font is not
one I"m used to, but I'm guessing it's a WE (U+12CD = ው), although the
vertical bar doesn't descend below the circle in the WE glyphs I'm
familiar with.
