Please!
In English and German, the article is _outside_ the modified NP "peak of the
mountain", and could therefore plausibly be considered a clitic. In Swedish,
it's _inside_ the NP "topp-... av berget". Since it modifies the meaning of the
entire NP, if it where an enclitic, it would have to go after the _entire_ NP.
