Here's a start: Go to egroups.com and search for _cybalist_ (an IE forum).
You have to join in order to search the archives & files. I don't recall
anything lately on this specific topic, but I think _Piotr Gasiorowski_ may
have put some fairly substantial info into the files.
Or, you could post your request, and I guarantee an immediate reply (it's a
very active list), probably from Piotr, who really knows his stuff.
Also, somewhere in their archives (last Feb/Mar???) they gave the URL for
Cyril Babaev's IE site-- and it was also posted to Conlang around the same
time, by me (as Rfmilly@aol.com no longer valid) among others.
