Germanech (Jörg Rhiemeyer)
Jelbäzech (Dan Jones)

Christian's Jovian doesn't really qualify here, because it is based on
Classical Latin and the Germanic influences are much more limited, it seems.

OTOH, two South Germanic conlangs are currently under development, and at least
one of them, Capraian [James Campbell] underwent heave Romance influence.
