Hawaiian makes these kinds of distinctions.  There are
things owned and things not owned but merely possesed.
 Things that are part of me like my hands, my feet,
and people related to me like my son, my mother, my
uncle (which are also distinguished)

"My boy" might mean "my son" or it might mean the kid
that works for me depending on which possesive is
used.
