The original Greek has: pístis, elpís, agápE (the last letter being eta)

It is just like that, with no "and" or any definite articles.  The whole
verse being:
nuní dè ménei pístis, elpís, agápE, tà tría taûta; meízOn dè toútOn hE  agápE.

The corresponding phrase in the Vulgate has: fides, spes, caritas

In my Welsh New Testament it is: fydd, gobaith, cariad
The Esperanto Bible has: fido, espero, amo

I have no other non-English Bibles or New testaments to hand.  But I've
just checked "Novial Lexike" and find, a little surprisingly in fact, that
in this instance the Novial would be exactly the same as the Esperanto.

In Mote (Speedwords), 'twould be: fid, atu, am
