That's not even unusual in German. Even a word like
_Bundesverfassungsgerichtsprozessaktenarchivbenutzungsordnung_
'Federal Constitutional Court Proceedings Files Archive usage terms'
would be possible and readily understandable. Or, the famous
_Donaudampfschifffahrtskapitänsanwärteruniformknopf_
'Danube steam shipping captain apprentice uniform button'.
