English word list with part-of-speech?

Hello,

I am looking for a machine-readable list, as large as possible, of
English words with part-of-speech information included. Something like
this:

aardvark, n
abacus, n
abate, v
...

I guess I could wrangle with WordNet, but does anyone have a pointer to
something more immediately usable? If not, I'll post the results after I
get it on with WN.
