I usually represent the whistling sounds that come out when i follow the
directions on the Throat Signing website someone posted here a while ago
as S (voiceless) and Z (voiced), with acute accents on top.
Like in the name of one of my RPG characters, Zup'oakq, with an acute on
the Z, a macron on the U, and a hacek on the A. The <P'> is ejective....
and the <KQ> is some kind of deep-throated stop consonant, maybe
epiglottal or pharyngeal.
