She is the Queen in Scotland, but she is not the Queen of Scotland nor the
Queen of Scots. The Court of Session, the highest court of Scotland,
decided on 20 May 1953 that even though there had been no previous
Elizabeth of Scotland, the current monarch was nevertheless "Elizabeth
the Second, by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain
and Northern Ireland, and of her other Realms and Territories Queen,
Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith" as much in Scotland as
elsewhere in the U.K.
However, her style is somewhat different in almost every country where
she is sovereign: in Australia, for example, she is "Elizabeth the
Second, by the Grace of God Queen of Australia and her other Realms
and Territories, Head of the Commonwealth", despite the unquestionable
fact that Australia never had a Queen Elizabeth I (and you yourself are
presumed to be sworn to her in her natural person).

Ah, good. Sure you don't want to go for Supreme Overlord of All the
Universes? The court costs are exactly the same.
