Well, you see, the CIA is notorious (at least IMO) for bugging everything
and having their agents look like normal people, as opposed to some other
national intelligence agencies (i.e. Saddam's Iraqi one wasn't much like
that). So they lurk in the foreground. This is also true since they are at
the front of quite a few world political events.
