Telona on the web at last

Hi guys,

just to let you know that a partially complete, preliminary but
nonetheless palpable document showing something of Telona (my own
little nearly-allnoun conlang) is now available.  I've only been
promising it for about a year now :)

At the moment it's only in .rtf or .doc format, but hopefully in the
next couple of days I'll have it as a .pdf for your improved viewing
pleasure.
