I know the terms syncope, apocope, and aphaeresis, but I had never come across the terms smush and squish. David Crystal doesn't include them in his dictionary. Is there any differnce in these two terms or are they pretty much synonymous? :-)> Charlie http://wiki.frath.net/User:Caeruleancentaur
