As this is so clearly Romance-base, I found this of {si} a bit off-putting - it's "if" in too many languages (including Latin). I don't know what to suggest instead, but I do think an alternative would be preferable. [snip] But I must say I like the overall effect - by making it pidgin-like, you seem to have avoided the kludginess that make some would-be IALs feel artificial. By creating something that feels like a pidgin or creole, one can both keep the language feeling 'natural' without bringing in irregular features a la Occidental.
