Recommend one please?

There's a somewhat daunting availability of them through google, with
not much way to tell what's good, so, O ye CONLANGers: what do you
like?

Feel free to make multiple recommendations, e.g., if there's a
tradeoff between flexibility, ease of use, platform compatibility,
script programming required, etc.
