technical list-type question

On a completely unrelated topic, could someone please tell me how to change
the e-mail address that this stuff gets sent to? Somehow I've lost the
welcome message that probably told me how to do it, and my computer has been
"upgraded" since I found the list originally so I've lost the link too.
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated; I'm having an e-mail volume
emergency, not to mention the spammers caught up with me.  Merci beaucoup!
